I became a fan of Mystery Science Theater 3000 rather late in the game. In fact, it was during their ninth season! I discovered MST3UK about a month ago, and I honestly thought it was too good to be true. However, being the MSTie that I am I had to give it a shot. I ordered the episode Pumaman cause I hadn't seen that one since I was a kid but I remembered it was hillarious. The dvd came quicker than I could have hoped, (I think I had it within three days), and as promised it was simple white disk in a plastic sleeve surrounded by bubble-wrap. However, once I put it in my xbox 360 and it worked none of that mattered. It was excellent quality and the episode was everything I remembered and more. I am definitely going to be a regular customer at this site and I implore any fan looking this site over for the first time to believe me when I say "These guys are legit. I received my MST3K DVDs yesterday.  I watched 2 of them last night ("Screaming Skull" and "Village of the Giants") and checked the other 3 to see if they played OK.  All 5 play perfectly!  I ordered a set of MST3K DVDs from a USA site and, although they play just fine; the DVDs appear amateurish.  The MST3UK DVDs are more professionally produced - with "real" labels and chaptering.  After I placed my order with the USA site, I never heard from them again.  After a couple of weeks without delivery of the DVDs and no responses to my emails - I was concerned that I had been duped. After I placed my MST3UK order, Torgo held my hand (electronically) until my order arrived. And the DVDs from the UK arrived faster than the DVDs from New York.  Paying with PayPal made the purchase just like any purchase from an American company (except for the fact that Torgo has health care). Greetings from the United States. I've been a fan of MST3K since I first saw it on the Comedy Channel in the early 90's and refound it on Sci-Fi Channel at the end of it's run in '98. MST3K is one of my favorite shows and I was shocked when I went to turn on Sci Fi one Saturday morning, and noticed that it was no longer on. I had found some solice in the fact that there have been a few releases to DVD in the last few years, but the slow release periods couldn't satisfy my cravings for the goodness that is MST3K.
 
Then, one day I found your site just surfing for more MST3K information, and I couldn't be happier. Fast shipping, pretty good quality and a massive archive of all of my favorite MST3K episodes that I can't find anywhere else equals one of my favorite sites on the web. I started off by taking advantage of the 10 DVD special (Season 10 and part of season 9) and was greatly satisfied by the episodes I received. I recently took advantage of the 20 DVD offer (finished off season 9 and only lack Episode 801 from season 8) and am even more happy. I'll defintely become a return customer to MST3UK and will recommend your site to all my friends. Here are a few words about your site, I wasn’t sure where on the site to put them as it’s not an episode review. I suppose what I’m trying to say is “I want £1.50 off my next purchase please sir” So here goes: Having been a Mystery Science Theater fan since the late nineties, I would say that more so than any other, this is the TV series that heralded my transition from youth to manhood. I, as perhaps many others do, remember the show on the Sci-Fi channel, on Saturdays at 3pm (repeated at midnight) and sure that I had discovered something special, would videotape the episodes so that I could watch them again and again. This, of course, had to be done on the midnight showing, as parents would never tolerate such a ‘silly’ show during the afternoon. So, with a cup of coffee and a remote control my only tools, I would attempt to skillfully edit out the commercial breaks, convincing myself of the professionalism of my work.

Many times, the coffee failed, and on some episodes can still be seen adverts for products of the late nineties, and other shows aired on the channel, such as ‘Twin Peaks’. Ten years later, I still own my precious videos (You remember videos don’t you?) of most of series ten. Though the cardboard cases are tatty and in some cases ripped, they are still watched regularly, and still I laugh – regularly. Then a few weeks ago, I felt it was time to seek out new episodes. Of course, this meant buying a multi-region DVD player, as all episodes I had seen to buy were on USA box sets. Then, one day last month I happened upon MST3UK.

That I ever missed the website in the past is amazing, it being the one bathed in the shaft of heavenly light that falls from the sky, and when I first visited MST3UK, I felt like I had found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Weeks later I have completed series nine and ten, and my new DVD’s sit proudly next to the tattered, torn, bulky and yet still proud videos. I even took time off work for the first arrivals. As I sat at home watching them, it was 1998 all over again for a number of reasons. The price of the DVD’s is super low, making me feel richer, like in the 90’s. They were delivered super fast, just a day later, like in the 90’s, but most of all, the feeling of hearing the MST3K theme tune and NOT knowing what was coming next…Yes, thanks to MST3UK, for that afternoon, I was once again sixteen years old.

Sure, sure, there are loads of MST3K websites out there that sell commercially unavailable episodes, so why should MST3UK be top of your list? Here’s a few bullet points that explain why I love MST3UK…

1) Order-to-Delivery Period
I ordered 12 DVDs on Monday, 2nd July in the afternoon. They arrived 11am on Wednesday, 5th July. Three days was all it took, and they were all there in a thoughtfully-packed bubble-wrap lined envelope. Wow!

2) Disc Quality
All MST3UK DVDs arrive as DVD-R discs with episode-relevant MST3UK labels printed on the top. Every episode is chapterized and encoded in Dolby Digital. Obviously, picture quality is down to what the original broadcast was like, so KTMA episodes (we’re talking 19 year old VHS recordings, here) are obviously shakier than, say, Season 1 onwards. Despite that, the two KTMAs I ordered surpassed my expectations! They were both easily viewable! Buy with confidence!

3) Customer Relations
